Hailey Bieber’s Favorite Cleansing Oil
The first step in Hailey Bieber’s evening skincare routine is the Botanical B Enzyme Cleansing Oil. She says of the cleansing oil: “This is definitely my favorite oil cleanser; I love it so much. I’ve repurchased it many, many times.” I have to agree with Hailey. I’m on my third bottle of this first cleanse! I love the tropical scent and that it rinses clean. It doesn’t cause oily, blurred vision, IYKYK… I like that this is in a liquid form too. It makes removing makeup super easy. Something about it not being in balm form makes it unique. Botanical B Cleansing Oil is One Love Organic’s best-selling product.
One Love Organics Botanical A Facial Cleanser
The One Love Organics Botanical A Cleanser is WAY different than the Botanical B Oil Cleanser. It is a gel cleanser and not an oil cleanser. It is NOT formulated with any SLS, but it suds up when water is added. The Botanical A Cleanser smells like grapefruit and is developed with AHAs and BHAs that work to chemically exfoliate the skin and gently sweep away dead skin cells. I was impressed that this cleanser does not strip or dry out the skin, and I’m on my second bottle!
Easy Does It Foaming Cleanser One Love Organics Review
The Easy Does It Foaming Cleanser is pleasantly surprising! I hear few people talk about it on social media, as the Botanical A and B cleansers are more prominent. The Easy Does It Cleanser has no scent and is light and gentle. It is a gel facial cleanser and can also be used as a body wash. The Botanical A Cleanser has mild acids that chemically exfoliate. Easy Does It isn’t as complex. It’s a great daily cleanser, and I like to keep a bottle in my shower. *This is the OLO cleanser I would recommend to those with sensitive skin.
Brand New Day One Love Organics Review
One of One Love Organics’ newly reformulated products is their Brand New Day Microderma Scrub + Masque. I have been struggling with eczema, so I put off trying this for a bit. But I’ve been using this for the last week, and I’m impressed with it! It is a creamy base, and the physical exfoliant is a fine and gentle mineral composition. This also has chemical exfoliants that come from mango and banana extracts, and for even more of a tropical feel, this has OLO’s Vacation in a Bottle Scent! Think Pina Coladas. Because my skin has been so sensitive lately, I’m using this sparingly, twice a week at the absolute most. Also, I don’t use this as a mask currently. I use it like a cream cleanser and immediately rinse it off my face.
One Love Organics Botanical D Moisture Mist
The One Love Organics Botanical D Moisture Mist has SUCH a unique formulation! It was supposed to be a moisturizer but was too thin and eventually developed into this moisture mist. It is a milky toner with emollient oils. Such an excellent product for dry skin! This is also good for sensitive skin because it is fragrance-free. I love that this mist provides relief for dry skin and also helps soothe dehydrated skin as well. A product rarely does both!
One Love Organics Botanical C Facial Serum
One Love Organics Botanical C Serum is a jojoba oil and rosehip oil-based Vitamin C serum. The formulation uses plant-based oils naturally rich in Vitamin C and Vitamin C esters to help visibly brighten skin. This serum also has a light rose scent to it. It does absorb into the skin fairly quickly as well. It isn’t a facial oil that sits on the face. I like this enough, but I prefer other OLO products. I like their cleaners and facial mist more. As for vitamin c serums, I want something with a more liquid, aloe-like base. (The Lilfox Haute C comes to mind.)
One Love Organics Botanical E Youth Preservation Serum
Although the One Love Organics Botanical C Serum has a similar texture to the Botanical E Youth Preservation Serum, they are VASTLY different products. The texture of Botanical E is more of an emulsion, a mix between an oil and water-type texture. It feels silkier. The base of this serum is green tea seed oil, sunflower seed oil, and meadowfoam seed oil. This smells like cucumber, and I have found it to make my skin look hydrated and moisturized! Various fruit and plant extracts provide botanical Vitamin E to nourish the skin. The Botanical E Serum is my favorite of OLO’s serums!
Skin Savior Multi-Tasking Wonder Balm
The Skin Savior Wonder Balm is a multi-purpose pressed oil balm. The base of the balm is coconut oil, beeswax, and jojoba seed oil. This one does NOT absorb into the skin thoroughly. It is best for the last step of the nighttime skincare routine, as it locks in moisture with one of its main ingredients Chia Seed Oil. This Wonder Balm has a sweet orange scent. The Skin Savior can also be used as a makeup remover or mask. This is not my favorite One Love Organics product, but it is one that I do keep around and pull out from time to time. I prefer balms that absorb into the skin and don’t leave a residue.
Love + Charcoal Masque One Love Organics
The One Love Organics Love + Charcoal Masque is my FAVORITE charcoal mask. I love this mask because it doesn’t dry out my skin as many other charcoal masks have. This is a cream and aloe-based mask, yet it still detoxes the skin with ingredients like Charcoal and Kaolin Clay. It feels more like silly putty than hard clay when it dries down. I like this because I know that it isn’t sucking the natural oils and moisture from my skin but detoxing impurities that are there and leaving the good stuff with no irritation!
Love + Eyebright Eye Serum
The Love + Eyebright Eye Serum did not work for me. Unfortunately, it gave me milia. It has an oily texture and sits on my undereye region without fully absorbing. It has a great ingredient profile and cool roller ball packaging. I wanted to love Love + Eyebright, but it wasn’t for me.
Botanical C Body Polish
I LOVE the scent of The One Love Organics Botanical C Body Polish. It has that fantastic Pina Colada scent! Also, this scrub has pretty large organic sugar crystals to exfoliate the body. I like this polish because it doesn’t leave a residue. It can be used as a dry scrub and rinsed off, which promotes circulation! I love the Botanical C Body Polish and HIGHLY recommend it!
Gardenia + Tea Antioxidant Body Serum
Another body care favorite from One Love Organics is the Gardenia + Tea Antioxidant Body Serum. This spray oil smells fantastic. I love the scent of Gardenia! The base oils in this body serum are sunflower seed oil, green tea seed oil, and pumpkin seed oil. It is also rich in antioxidants to nourish the skin’s barrier. This oil is drier and absorbs into the skin, so I don’t feel oily and slimy. This Body Serum is unique, and I HIGHLY recommend it!
