Rosie Huntington-Whiteley launched her eponymous clean makeup brand in 2021. The line’s branding is gorgeous, sleek, and modern and has refillable packaging. The products included Softlight Concealers, Lip and Cheek Colors, and Brow Gels. Immediately after launching, Rose Inc landed a spot in Sephora’s coveted “Clean at Sephora” category. I purchased many products from the line to share my Rose Inc Makeup Review with you!
Rose Inc Makeup: Skin Enhance Luminous Tinted Serum
One of my favorite products from The Rose Inc Makeup line is the Tinted Serum. I was impressed with this formulation as most clean foundations have an oil base. Well, this tint has a watery base. The pigment is suspended in glycerin, making the formulation super hydrating and absorbent. I was also impressed with the ingredient profile! It also has peptides, hyaluronic acid, and squalane. The coverage of this tinted serum is very light and blurs the skin. I love this tint for daily wear! Find the Skin Tint, HERE.
Rose Inc Number 1 Concealer Brush Makeup Review
The Rose Inc Concealer Brush is impressive! The quality of the brush is fantastic! It is densely packed with artificial bristles with a sleek and modern handle. I prefer this brush for eyeshadow application because it is too small. It takes too long when I use this brush to blend out concealer or foundation. I love this brush’s quality, though, and would consider purchasing others from the line. Find Rose Inc’s brushes HERE.
Blush Divine Radiant Lip & Cheek Color
I have loved the Lip & Cheek Color in Azalea! (It is one of Rosie’s favorites!) I must mention that the packaging kind of looks like a toilet seat. I know, you can’t unsee that now! Although a little odd in design, the pigmentation and wear are fantastic! Azalea is a berry shade, a little deeper than I usually go in blush tone, but it is so beautiful. It is pigmented enough and emollient enough to use as a multi-use. It actually stains the lips and cheeks for extended wear, but the formulation is creamy, so it applies easily with fingers or a stippling brush. This lip & cheek is refillable– and I will always have a pan of it around. Find it HERE.
Rose Inc Softlight Luminous Hydrating Concealer Review
I tried the two lightest shades, LX 010 and LX020, and neither one was the right shade match. So, I wanted to love the Softlight Luminous Hydrating Concealer, it is one of the originally released products, but I don’t. Also, I didn’t love the coverage or texture. The coverage is medium, and the texture goes on thick and creamy, but it wears down to be dry and doesn’t look that great on my normal/combo skin. If you’re still curious after reading my Rose Inc makeup review, find the concealer HERE.
Rose Inc Brow Renew: Clear Brow Gel Review
Another product that I wanted to love, but don’t, is the Rose Inc Clear Brow Gel. It is too oily and thick and doesn’t transfer well to the oval-shaped pipe cleaner wands bristles. Due to the heavy formulation not coating the bristles properly, the brows don’t get coated. So, it is a waste of a product as it isn’t effective at taming and setting the brows. I prefer a brow gel like Kosas Air Brow or Eco Brows Clear Gel. If you still want to check out Rose Inc’s Brow Gel, find it HERE.
